Tasting

Fruity, round and superbly balanced.  Deep purple in colour with violet gleams.  With fresh fruit and roasted notes, it is a wine that is supple and well-structured at the same time.

Temperature : 16°C / 17°C
Gastronomy : Grilled red meat, Red meat dishes in sauce, game
Cellaring : 5 to 8 years if the preservation conditions are good (constant temperature and rather important humidity)
